What to Expect at the Clinic
Our clinic is small! We do not have a waiting room. When you arrive text the (607) 354-1032 to check-in and someone will be right out!
Farm Calls
We do our best to find a time that works for you and to get our doctor there in a timely fashion. We do give you an hour window of time for the doctor to arrive and do our best to inform you when things go awry. Keep in mind that emergencies sometimes nessitate rescheduling. Please be available by phone the day your appointment is scheduled for any last minute changes.
Medication Refills
Medication refills should be called in at least 1 week before you need them. Be proactive. As a small clinic, some medications have low stock. You will be notified when your medication is available for pick up.
